Are you passionate about delivering a high quality HR service and enjoy making a difference in being

part of an effective team of HR professionals?

Summit Learning Trust is currently embarking on fully centralising its HR function to take effect from 1 January 2021.

We have a great opportunity to recruit 3 additional HR Assistants to join our established team who will play a critical part in providing day to day support for our 8 academies. Whilst you’ll join the HR central team, you will be allocated to work between two of our academies, so it’s key that you have a flexible approach to work and the ability to travel between sites.

We’re looking for individuals who are currently working in an educational setting, ideally within a Multi Academy Trust who have experience of providing HR support to schools and their leadership teams. You will have good IT skills including Word and Excel coupled with GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above or equivalent. You’ll be fully supported by an established HR Business Partner in your role to ensure we continue to deliver a high quality service to our academies.

For an informal chat about the post and our HR team, please contact HR Director, Donna Farrugia on 07496 881282

Summit Learning Trust is a group of seven schools and one College, in Birmingham and Solihull. Staff work within a friendly, supportive working atmosphere and many staff are long serving.
