Cover Supervisor

Pay Grade : Level 5

Approx Salary £14769

32.5 hours per week Term Time Only

Due to an unprecedented increase in student numbers we are keen to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Cover Supervisor/HLTA for an immediate start.   You will be required to work 32.5 hours per week over 5 days.

The Cover Supervisor/HLTA’s main responsibilities are;

To deliver cover lessons.

To supervise work that has been set by an appropriate teacher.

Support tutor groups during registration.

To contribute to supervision during social times

 

Additional duties such as exam invigilation and lesson support will also be a part of the role.

A good standard of education is required with minimum Level 2 in English and Maths. 

The ability to cope and remain calm in a busy environment and enjoy working with the 11-16 age group is vital.  A good general education (minimum level 2 in English and Maths) is also required.
