You will be responsible for undertaking a number of tenancy and estate management tasks ranging from signing up new tenancies, tenancy support and management, resolving anti-social behaviour and helping to manage and improve our estates through walkabouts.
To succeed in this role candidates must be self-motivated, highly organised and can demonstrate a high level of empathy and confidence when addressing and working with a wide and diverse range of partners.
Experience in tenancy and estate management is required as are excellent communication and customers service skills. You will need to demonstrate initiative, resilience and flexibility as well as being committed to ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate;
Recent and relevant experience of comprehensive housing management duties including allocations.
Experience of dealing with customers in one to one situations.
Experience of working to tight deadlines.
Basic knowledge of Landlord and Tenant law including relevant Housing Acts.
Must hold a current driving licence and have access to personal motorised transport which will be used for visiting tenants in their homes and carrying out estate inspections.
