Job Title: Site Manager
Hours: 37 hours per week working between the core hours of 6.30am and 7pm
Required to start as soon as possible
Here at Greenfield we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Site Manager. Greenfield Primary School is a LEA controlled school. We have 281 children on role. The education and welfare of the children is in the hands of a caring, friendly, hardworking and experienced team of teaching and non-teaching staff, with a supportive board of governors, who are working to whole school policies and through careful planning.
The Site Manager will be responsible to the School Business Manager, Headteacher and Governing Body, for a wide range of duties and responsibilities connected with the fabric and grounds of the School, opening and closing of school premises.
The school works closely with the local community and you may be required to cover lettings. This will be paid in addition to your core salary.
Job share will be considered.

*Dudley council has a contractual 3 days mandatory unpaid leave which, for the majority of services, are fixed at the Christmas period. This represents a pay deduction of 1.15% in return for which employees are afforded three days unpaid leave (pro-rata for part time staff).
