FINANCE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
35 hours per week/40 weeks per year
Grade 4 (pt 5 – 6)
We are seeking to appoint an experienced Finance administrative assistant to work in our very busy primary school office.
You will work under the guidance of the Assistant School Business Manager and Business Leader to provide efficient and effective financial administrative support for the school.
- Have experience of working in a busy environment
- Have an eye for detail and accuracy
- Be friendly, hard-working and professional
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Be able to prioritise your own workload
- Be a good team player
- L3 qualification in Finance/Business Admin or equivalent
- Excellent Numeracy and Literacy skills
- Excellent ICT/keyboard/typing skills
Hours of work:
Monday – Friday 8.30 am – 4.00 pm (working hours are subject to change in order to meet the needs of the school)
Closing Date: Monday 19 October 2020
Interview Date: Thursday 5 November 2020
