Full Time Social Workers – Ref: SS01620
- 37 hours per week (Working pattern Monday to Friday
- Salary: £33,448- £38,506 per annum
We are seeking an experienced Social Workers with substantial post qualifying experience to work within North Adult Locality Team.
If you are a motivated and solution focused practitioner, who is interested in helping to shape and deliver our services, and contribute to the development of a model of best practice for the area, then we would like to hear from you. You will work alongside a Team of supportive and welcoming Social Care and Occupational Therapy practitioners. You will be expected to demonstrate in-depth working knowledge of Care Act legislation, Mental Capacity Act and be experienced in completing care act assessments, devising strengths based support plans and outcome focussed reviews. You will have substantial experience of safeguarding adults together with experience of empowering service users and carers.
