Customer Service Practitioner Apprentice

The Governors wish to appoint a Customer Service Practitioner Apprentice to join the successful Administration Team at Jesson's. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for parents and children in Early Years. They will be responsible for face to face contact and telephone calls with parents. The role requires accurate record keeping and the ability to work under pressure while remaining calm and focused.
There will be a requirement for the successful candidate to undertake the level 2 Customer Service Practitioner course of study which is to be completed over a 12 month period.
Entry requirements level 1 English and Maths
