1 part-time (20 hours per week) 
12 Month Fixed Term Contract
NJC Scale 4 Salary £20,092 - £21,748 (New Starters join at bottom of scale)



The successful applicant will be supporting the Projects, Policies & Quality Team who sit under Service Improvement & Efficiency.  The team supports a number of different functions including Livewell Telford, the Adult Social Care Making it Real Board and Social Services Complaints.

The standard BSO Job Description applies and will focus upon usual business support to the team including data inputting and maintenance of accurate records and systems, arranging meetings and undertaking complex minute-taking. The postholder will be supported by the Team Leader/Senior Business Support Officer, to complete a range of tasks/functions. The majority of the main functions of the team will be supported by written processes and instructions.
