Tidbury Green School is committed to the safety and well-being of all pupils and staff. Posts are subject to enhanced DBS disclosures and the safer recruiting process including pre-interview reference checks. The post is also subject to a qualifications check and medical clearance.

We are looking to appoint a resourceful, skilled, hard-working Playworker, someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic and is able to support the afterschool team with the continued development of our Flamingos Before and Afterschool club. You will need to have the interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, inspire, motivate and work well with others in order to meet the needs of all pupils and parents. Having the NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (or working towards achieving this qualification) as well as childcare experience are essential for this role. The post will require you to work every weekday from 2:45pm to 6pm. In return we can offer excellent CPD opportunities, a supportive team of staff, lovely pupils and supportive parents.
