The Role
Early Help has seen a significant transformation in recent times and our supportive and experienced Early Help teams are excited about welcoming this new post.
We have dedicated locality teams of Family Support workers, Targeted Support Officers and Targeted Youth Workers who all work together with school communities and other multi agency partners as an Early Help Eco system.
To help embed the developments the Early Help process in its broadest form with Designated Safeguarding Leads, Headteachers and Pastoral Leads in education settings, with a view to increase confidence, capacity and capability.
We are looking for an experienced senior leader in schools to join us in this post to deliver a fixed term project for 2 years.
This post would suit a recently retired school leader or a school leader looking to extend their pastoral repertoire.

As we further develop the Early Help Eco System, the Headteacher Coaches will provide direct support based upon coaching and Restorative Practice principles to support the new Early Help model to become fully embedded across Warwickshire.
We need someone with extensive senior leadership in schools, especially as a Safeguarding Lead, who would relish the opportunity to support other fellow Headteachers, SENCO’s and Safeguarding Leads raise their capability, confidence and capacity in the new world of Early Help.
Our partners in school are crucial and you will be expected to attend and support various network events in your localities to offer support and consultation.
