HLC primary is committed to providing all children with a high quality education.  We are seeking to appoint an Outstanding Teacher who shares this passion and to join our middle leadership team.

Our growth in student numbers has resulted in us expanding our SLT and we are now looking for an outstanding practitioner who is dedicated and passionate in leading a core subject throughout the school. We serve a complex community and the numbers of students that need enhanced support packages has increased over time. One of our identified areas of improvement is to continue to develop the curriculum and outcomes across the school.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious teacher to join our middle leadership team as our school is in the process of growth.  We are looking to appoint an experienced teacher with a proven track record of pupils reaching their full potential. You will be working alongside an experienced team with the support of a Learning Support Mentor.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, creative and resilient; possessing the necessary vision and skills to deliver inspirational subject leadership with a focus and drive to ensure successful outcomes are reached for all pupils.

Hadley Learning Community is part of the Learning Community Trust.  We aim to ensure that we maximise our pupils’ potential both personally and academically to create lifelong learners for the future.

HLC is committed to staff development and a comprehensive package of CPD and support will enable applicants to quickly develop their skills alongside our experienced and supportive staff.
