Staffordshire Police are offering an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our Learning and Organisational Development team and provide a contribution to the initial development of police officers and police staff and achieve essential qualifications and accreditations that enables police officers contribute to a safer Staffordshire.

Successful candidates will be working with a motivated team and will be responsible for the internal verification of qualifications and accreditations, but will also provide on going guidance and support for students, tutor constables and our operational assessing team.  Successful candidates will be motivated, autonomous and will provide performance data in relation to progress and development of students on the various policing qualifications and accreditations.
