Level 2 SEND Teaching Assistant

Contract: Part Time Fixed until 31.8.21

25 hours per week - 5 days a week, working pattern to be confirmed

Salary: Scale 5 Points 5-6 £10.01 to £10.21 per hour

Bridgnorth Endowed School are looking to appoint a Level 2 SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils' learning in line with codes of practice and school policies and procedures.

As a Teaching Assistant you will be supporting students with learning difficulties/disabilities in mainstream classes and small groups in order that students with SEN achieve their full potential in school.

The successful candidate will have excellent people skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both students and adults. You will be flexible and adaptable with the ability to use your own initiative.

Bridgnorth Endowed School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students and we expect all staff to share this commitment. An Enhanced Disclosure from the DBS will be required for the person appointed.
