Level 3 Social Worker / AMHP Worcestershire Social Care Mental Health Team
BASE: Newbrook (part of the Princess of Wales Hospital site), Bromsgrove
37hrs a week
Salary: £29,577 - £33,782 (up to £35,745 with AMHP qualification)
Are you are enthusiastic and dynamic and want to join a dedicated and very supportive team in the delivery of Adult Social Care within adults Mental Health Services?
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Worker to join our Integrated Mental Health team.
We are looking for a highly motivated, flexible individual who has a proven track record of a person centered and asset focused approach.
You will require a highly competent level of skills in assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation alongside extensive knowledge of the Mental Health Act, The Care Act and the Mental Capacity Act. It is desirable that you are a qualified AMHP or willing to work towards gaining your AMHP qualification (funded by us).
Experience of undertaking safeguarding enquiries is essential, alongside experience of working in complex situations using professional judgement and a range of interventions.
We offer the opportunity for progression, excellent training including a thorough induction, linked to your role and professional development plans.
You will receive professional supervision alongside weekly team reflective meetings and be working in a team of motivated, dedicated and friendly colleagues.
