Are you an inspirational leader with the determination to make a difference to young people’s lives? We are looking to appoint a dynamic, committed and inspirational individual to join our Senior Leadership Team in our wonderful, unique school as we progress to the next phase of our development.

The successful candidate will build on our established good practice within school to develop innovative and creative approaches to meeting the needs of our students.  Are you an experienced and innovative teacher, with a proven track record of demonstrating progress for students with SEND? You will need to have an unrelenting commitment to your own professional development as well as a passion for promoting outstanding teaching and learning. In return, the position will provide an ideal platform for those with aspirations of Headship in the future.

The successful candidate will ideally be able to take up the position in January however we would consider an April start for the right candidate.

Queen’s Croft High School is a supportive and exciting school environment in which to develop your professional skills. We are a large, generic secondary special school that educates children from the Lichfield District and further afield who have a range of special educational needs.  Children at the school have a wide and varied range of needs including learning difficulties, ASD, communication difficulties and complex needs. We are a popular and successful school and were judged to be “Good” by Ofsted in April 2018.

We are proud to be part of the Greywood Multi-schools Trust and to work closely with the other schools in the Trust.
