Job Title: Level 2 Administrative Assistant
Salary: Grade 3 £15,090 to £15,391

Hours: 35 hours per week term time only – 8.30am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday

Greenfield Primary School is a LEA controlled school. We have 281 children on role. The education and welfare of the children is in the hands of a caring, friendly, hardworking and experienced team of teaching and non-teaching staff, with a supportive board of governors, who are working to whole school policies and through careful planning. 

 

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated administrative assistant to work in our busy primary school office. 

You will work under the guidance of the School Business Manager to provide efficient and effective administrative support for the school.

You will:

·         Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to deal with a wide range of people and children

·         Have an eye for detail and accuracy

·         Be friendly, hard-working and professional

·         Be able to prioritise workload and have good organisational skills

·         Be a good team player
