We are looking for an outstanding Teacher to work in KS1. This post is full time and will be subject to Salary Main Scale.
We are a very friendly and busy Infant school in the heart of Erdington; North Birmingham rated “Good” by Ofsted in 2019.
“Teachers set work that builds effectively on what pupils can already do. They question pupils effectively to check their understanding and extend their thinking. We are looking for someone to join us on our journey towards delivering an Outstanding provision. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed classroom practitioner to join our like-minded team.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate they have:
- A proven track record of consistently delivering Good and Outstanding lessons.
- High expectations and a commitment to raising standards for all learners.
- The ability to deliver learning in innovative and exciting ways.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work successfully as part of a team.
- Experience of leading a subject would be desirable.
