Telford & Wrekin Council, located within the beautiful county of Shropshire, is a successful, ambitious, forward thinking unitary authority offering a flexible, interesting and exciting working environment for its officers.

With the Council being a major landowner in the Borough, the work of its property lawyers is busy, vital and varied.

Reporting to the Team Leader: Places the post holder will undertake a mixed caseload of land and property matters including; commercial land and property sales and purchases, leases, licences, general advice on land and property issues and drafting documentation for land transactions and agreements.  The role will include work for external clients as and when required.
