Administrative Assistant – Blowers Green Primary - Dudley Academies Trust

£14,685 to £14,979 – working 35 hours per week / 39 weeks per year (8.30am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday)



Dudley Academies Trust is looking to appoint Administrative Assistant at Blowers Green Primary to provide a receptionist service and administrative support to the school.



This role will include acting as a point of contact for all school enquiries either by telephone, email or face to face.  You will undertake data entry and be able to produce basic reports, using appropriate IT software packages.  There is also a finance element to this role and you will be required to handle cash, this may include receipt, balancing and banking of monies.



Dudley Academies Trust was formed in September 2017 under the sponsorship of Dudley College of Technology.  Our Trust schools are St James Academy, The Link Academy, Pegasus Academy, Beacon Hill Academy and Blowers Green Primary Academy.  The Trust when combined with the sponsor, annually supports 8,500 young people aged 4 to 19 years old and employs almost 1,300 staff.



You will be joining the Trust at an exciting time as we are continuing our journey to provide a first-class education for the young people of Dudley, with outstanding teaching and learning being the Trust’s foremost priority.
