An exciting opportunity has arisen within the 16+ Team within Children's Wellbeing within Herefordshire. We are looking for a new personal advisor to work with young people who are aged 16 -25 to help them to access education, training, employment, activities, suitable accommodation and to develop skills that enables young people to be equipped to be able to live their lives independently. We are keen to hear from you if you have experience of working with young people in a similar supporting role and have good understanding of issues such as mental health, substance misuse, housing legislation and support and safeguarding. The role will involve travelling across the UK to visit young people placed out of county and will involve some occasional evening work.
