Finham Park School is the Lead School in the established Finham Park Multi Academy Trust. Primary and secondary schools in Finham Park MAT will set out to pioneer, innovate and deliver a “World Class” education for all.
Finham Park School was judged as ‘Outstanding’ in all areas by Ofsted in 2015, for the second time. It is a Specialist College in Mathematics, Science, Technology and Engineering, a National Support School, and Leading Edge School. It is highly over-subscribed with a growing Sixth Form of over 350 students. We have recently been re-accredited as a World Class School in July 2018 – endorsing that Finham Park School is a place where all our students develop a love of “learning for life” and contribute on both the national and international stages.
The Governors are seeking to appoint an EWO Support / Post 16 Learning Mentor with a strong commitment to inclusive education, who is capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a leading Academy focused on ensuring that all students achieve or exceed their potential.
The successful candidate will join an established team, who hold student wellbeing and development at the centre of all they do.
The successful candidate will work with individuals and small groups of children to help them achieve their full potential both academically and socially.
The post requires previous experience in a similar role, and relevant Learning Mentor qualifications are required. Experience of working with children is also essential.
We are part of Finham Park Multi-Academy Trust and as such are committed to designing a 0-19 co-constructed curriculum and working across the child’s whole educational journey.
