Customer Service Assistant

Salary:  £19,312.00 - £19,698.00 per annum

37 Hours per week – 6 month fixed term, with option of further extension

We are currently recruiting for 15 individuals. We will consider both full and part time and you could be placed in one of two teams.

Both teams will be working a shift pattern between the hours of 8am and 8pm, 7 days per week.

Contact Tracing Team: This role will be responsible for speaking to confirmed cases of COVID-19 via the telephone and tracing possible contacts during their infectious period. No previous experience is required however previous experience working in a call centre would be advantageous.

Local Outbreak Control Team: This role will be responsible for monitoring and updating information our local outbreaks in Staffordshire. You will working with colleagues and partners to ensure the data is accurate and shared appropriately. No previous experience is required however previous experience in an admin role would be advantageous.
