Are you passionate about supporting children to achieve their potential?

The Governing Body are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work at Wilmcote CE Primary School. The post is for a Teaching Assistant to support learning in an upper Key Stage 2 class for 10.5 HOURS a week (Tue, Wed, Thu mornings), term time only plus 2 Teacher Days (39 weeks total).

Fixed term contract to 21/07/2021.


Key Requirements

Key Skills:

•Experience of working with children with a range of learning needs, and being able to tailor learning tasks and resources to enable all children to achieve
•Willingness to work in a team with other staff to develop excellent provision
•Able to understand how to use assessment to inform next steps

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to interact with children enthusiastically, creatively and flexibly to overcome barriers to learning.
