Benefits Development Lead
An exciting permanent opportunity has arisen for a motivated, outcome driven and dynamic person to join the Benefits Service as a Benefits Development Lead. This is a senior position which involves working with the Head of Service and the Wider Management Team.
The role holder will oversee, design, deliver and implement a range of Benefit focussed projects and changes, including IT, policy, regulatory, statutory or efficiency led. The post holders’ duties will consist of overseeing and directly managing the Change Management Function, implementing business expertise in a range of IT applications notably the primary IT application Revenues & Benefits Integrated System (RBIS Northgate) in addition to a range of other IT applications, products and services.
The role includes working closely with other departments and a range stakeholder so is reliant upon a collaborative approach and excellent relationship management. The successful person will be expected to bring experience of managing projects, process redesign and implementing change as well as new ideas and innovation to the Benefits Service
