Clinical Lead – Edge of Care Team

Salary up to: £40,506

35 hour per week

Worcestershire Children First are looking to recruit a confident clinical lead who can inspire, support and continue to develop a team of Emotional Health & Wellbeing Practitioners within the Supporting Families First team.

Supporting Families First is a multi-disciplinary Safeguarding service whose main aims and objectives are to strengthen familied where a child is deemed to be on the “Edge of Care “.  

The Emotional Health & Wellbeing (EH&WB) service is a key service within our team, who responsively provide structured Cognitive Behaviour based interventions to adults or children within a family who have been referred for support. 

As clinical lead you will be adept in using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to not only support a case of clients but to provide clinical supervision to the EH&WB team. 

Additionally, you will be leading the service to adapt to changing needs of families by working closely with the social care team, providing skills workshops and shaping multidisciplinary team decisions.
