Due to the forthcoming retirement of our existing Headteacher, the children, Governors and staff of Great Bridge Primary School in Tipton, Sandwell are seeking to appoint an energetic and inspirational Headteacher to fulfil this exciting role in our innovative and inclusive school.

• A leader that values the experience, contributions and ideas of all staff and works together to find creative solutions for raising standards
• A leader at the forefront of safeguarding to ensure policy and practice protects children
• A leader with strong business and financial understanding, who understands the importance of securing best value and can work collaboratively with our School Business Director and Governors to maintain our secure financial position
