George Betts Primary Academy wish to appoint 3 outstanding Learning Support Practitioners (Teaching Assistants), Level 3, to join our team.

We are pleased to offer this exciting opportunity to 3 outstanding practitioners who are fully committed to join our enthusiastic and supportive team.

The successful candidates will have excellent social skills and support both individual and group work assigned by the teacher. This may involve delivering learning activities for individuals/groups and monitoring pupil’s achievement, progress and development.

Main Responsibilities will include:

● To promote high standards of behaviour throughout school in accordance with Discipline and Behaviour Policy.
● To deliver pre-planned programmes of work.
● Planning and organisation of activities for children and support to teachers in the completion of assessment and other pupil records.
● Development and preparation of curriculum materials.

Qualifications: a relevant Level 3.

32.5 hours per week

Salary:

Starting salary £20,903, salary pro rata – Term time only plus training days (39 weeks per year)
