Start Date : 1st January 2021.
The Woodlands Community Primary School is part of Community Academies Trust, a multi-academy trust with the express purpose of transforming schools in community Hubs, through applying a holistic view of education. The Woodlands is a successful, forward thinking school which maintains high expectations of staff and students.
Due to retirement a unique opportunity has arisen to join a passionate team of staff in this growing Multi Academy Trust.
We are seeking a highly skilled, friendly, well-motivated and resourceful individual who will provide clerical, administrative and financial support to the school.
The suitable applicant must have experience of, or be able to demonstrate the ability to:
- Work calmly under pressure
- Communicate effectively with pupils, parents and staff
- Be computer literate, have a working knowledge of Microsoft package and ideally have experience of SIMS and SAGE (although training will be given if needed)
- Undertake complex financial, HR/Payroll and Health and safety procedures.
As a member of our staff you will be expected to work within a small office team and have a friendly approach towards parents, visitors, pupils and staff.
We are seeking passionate and driven individuals with good communication and organisational skills and a desire to make a difference to the lives of our pupils and their communities.
