Salary: SCP 23-27 term-time only (plus INSET and 2 weeks working during school holidays), part-time role (25 hours, notionally 8:30-13:30/14:00 - flexible).
FTE: £27,674 -£31,270, based on 37 hours/week all year. Part-time salary pro rata for 41 weeks per year; 25 hours/week
Actual pro-rata salary: £16473 - £18613

The Governing Body is looking to appoint a dynamic and adaptable Safeguarding and Pastoral Leader, due to the promotion of the current post-holder, to join our team from January 2021 onwards, to: provide a proactive, holistic approach to safeguarding and pastoral care for our children’s well-being as well as our staff; be an active member of our staff team; understand children’s barriers to learning; provide parental support and advice; manage our extra-curricular school provision, and develop family learning. The successful candidate should have considerable experience of multi-disciplinary working in this capacity and have held a position of trust, with some experience of leading or mentoring others and working autonomously. To be successful, you will need:
