This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Advisor to join Bromsgrove District Council's economic development team to enhance the delivery of business support services in the district.

The successful candidate will support the establishment and development of a relationship management framework to connect eligible Bromsgrove businesses to the appropriate/relevant business support initiatives, programmes and grants available to businesses in the district.

You will be working closely with the Greater Birmingham and Solihull LEP (GBSLEP) Growth Hub and Worcestershire Business Central (WBC) to ensure that their business support measures and programmes, including business grants, are effectively mapped and promoted to businesses in the Bromsgrove district.

You must hold a degree level qualification with a management body or relevant business experience.

Relationship and stakeholder management experience, ability to engage with a wide range of businesses and individuals and an understanding of the local, regional and national economic development agenda are essential attributes.

This position is 37 hours per week (flexible) on a 3 year fixed term contract.

The Interviews for this position will be held on Wednesday 24th February.

Your work location is Bromsgrove Council (Parkside offices), but you may be required to work in other locations in the district such as co-working spaces/offices.
