13 months fixed term contract- 37 hours per week

Required a.s.a.p.

The Apprenticeship wage £4.15 per hour.
If you are over 19 years old this only applies in the first year of the Apprenticeship you would then increase to the ‘wage for age’ rates: April 2020 (current rates)
Age 19 to 20 £6.45 per hour
Age 21 to 24 £8.20 per hour
Age 25 and over £8.72 per hour

The Governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic, caring and driven individual to work alongside the site manager to learn the role of becoming a site manager.

Job Requirements:

• To Understand and demonstrate the importance of Health and Safety in the workplace.
• Understand and maintain grounds and external fabrication of a building.
• Demonstrate and understand the importance of the control of resources and stock.
• Understand and demonstrate the principles of Planned Preventative Maintenance.
• To carry out simple repairs.
• Be able to perform under pressure.
• Have a thorough approach to work.
• To be able to create effective working relationships.
• Have an aptitude for problem solving.
• Be able to comply with company policies and procedures.
• To work independently and as part of a team.
• To communicate effectively either verbally or in writing.
• Be supportive of our Christian ethos of going above and beyond to nurture and care for our children.
