Hales Valley Multi Academy Trust is a primary academy trust, based in Dudley, West Midlands. We currently consist of five very different primary schools, ensuring that our Trust is a diverse and exciting place to work and learn.

The Roles

Lunchtime Supervisors (2 positions) (Job Reference: Priory HVT 0205)

We are looking to appoint two Lunchtime Supervisors to join our dedicated team. You will be based at Priory Primary School, based in Dudley. You will be appointed on a permanent contract.

You will be responsible for the safe supervision and welfare of our pupils during the lunchtime period. We expect our Lunchtime Supervisors to have a positive attitude to the security and safety of our children, to follow verbal instructions, and communicate effectively with other staff and pupils in school. You will need to be patient, flexible and firm, as well as being able to treat children fairly.

Your actual salary will be £3,028.37 per annum.


You will already have:

  • The ability to communicate with children at varying levels of understanding and age.

You will be:

  • Willing to undergo appropriate training when required, and be willing to work with/supervise children indoors and out.


Cleaner Priory  (Job Reference: Priory HVT 0104)                                                    

We are looking to appoint a Cleaner to join our dedicated site team. You will be based at Priory Primary School.

Cleaner Lutley (Job Reference: Lutley HVT 0203)

We are looking to appoint a Cleaner to join our dedicated site team. You will be based at Lutley Primary School. To apply for this job please contact K Holden (kholden@lutley.dudley.sch.uk)

You will work 10 hours per week Monday to Friday. All year Round contract.

The successful candidate will be motivated, hardworking and reliable. Training will be provided however, previous cleaning experience would be advantageous. 

Your actual salary will be £4,862 per annum.

Site Manager Priory (Job Vacancy reference: 0100)

The successful candidate will ensure the safety, security, cleanliness of the school premises and site is maintained as well as representing the school when dealing with contractors and suppliers. They will be skilled in carrying out reactive repair and maintenance work. 

Candidates must have experience including contracts, premises management and health and safety.

Candidates will have a flexible approach and attitude, and be self-motivated and manage own workload whilst being comfortable with taking instruction.  The role will require split-shift working and will include some opening and closing of the site as well as lettings on occasions.

You will be appointed on Grade 5, working 37 hours per week, all year round. Your working pattern will be discussed at interview stage.

Your actual salary range will be £19,945 - £21,589 per annum.

Casual Cleaners Required

You will be contracted to work from time to time. We are seeking casual cleaners across Hales Valley Trust.
