Salary range £19,758 - £23,325 depending on experience (gross p/a actual)

Based in Birmingham, we specialise in providing excellent education and support to learners with diverse and additional needs. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Employability Coaching team.
You will be an excellent team player who is able to communicate and develop positive working relationships at all levels. Ideally, you will have experience of working in a learning or coaching setting where you will have worked as part of a team to achieve positive outcomes for young people. More importantly, you will have a positive attitude and a good sense of humour with the ability to be a team player. You will also have excellent organisational skills with a forward-thinking approach to your role and the excellence of our college.

As an Employability Coach you will support the day to day running of our work placements and will be the main contact with the employers and companies we serve. You will also work closely with our teaching and learning team on shared initiatives such as employment fairs and industry experience days.
