Worcestershire County Council's Skills team supports the Local Enterprise Partnership in Worcestershire to develop its skills strategy for the county by understanding the employment needs of our economy both now and in the future.  This strategy includes working to reduce rising numbers of  youth claimants within the county and support them into employment opportunities.

This exciting Skills project management role working with the programme team will support the DWP Kickstart programme with Worcestershire County Council acting as an intermediary for Worcestershire’s businesses.

The successful candidate will manage the DWP Kickstart programme working with businesses across the county to recruit young people into their organisations, support them within their placements and work to secure them employment beyond that placement.
