Casual Cover - Supply Teachers

Walton Priory Middle School is currently recruiting for a bank of Casual Cover Supply Teachers to work on an ad hoc basis. You will be either a qualified UKS2 specialist or a subject specialist with secondary experience

Walton Priory is a school that takes pride in its multitude of STEAM awards, such as our achievement of being the winners of the BP Ultimate STEM Challenge. In our curriculum, we include an afternoon of rotational STEAM activities and Competitive Sports that challenge and develop pupils’ knowledge and skills. We are currently in the process of leading an ENTHUSE bid for the schools in the local area, which includes projects at all stages of transition.

Walton Priory was graded ‘good’ with ‘outstanding personal Development by Ofsted in 2020.

The school offers small class sizes. good behaviour and well motivated staff.

This would be an ideal opportunity for people who are looking to gain further experience working with pupils in a pleasant middle school setting educating pupils aged from 9 to 13.   

We are interested in supply teachers with Qualified Teacher Status who wish to work on a casual basis.

The rate of pay is Main Scale 1 – 5 (£25,714.00pa - £34,100.00pa)

Portability up to MS 5 may be considered.
