Job Start Date: Jan 2021

We are looking to appoint an Administration Assistant to work alongside our Pastoral Team in ensuring the school continues to improve outcomes for all our pupils. This will be a busy and varied role and the successful applicant will have excellent communication skills and a positive and proactive approach. Experience of administration in a school setting and the ability to use a variety of office based packages would be an advantage. The successful applicant would be involved in a range of administrative duties including operating the school’s management information systems on a daily basis, investigating absences and monitoring absence figures for the school.

We are looking for a dedicated passionate person who has:

• School Administration experience in a similar role

• SIMS experience

• A genuine enthusiasm to improve school attendance

• Excellent communication skills

Holte School is an oversubscribed, diverse, multi-racial, 11-18 community school. The school co-sponsors Blue Coat Church of England Academy in Walsall and also works in partnership with Lozells Primary School. The school is on a shared site with both a primary and a special school, with plans to develop our sixth form facilities. The school's ethos emphasises high quality teaching to achieve excellence and enable its students to maximise their potential.
