The Romero Catholic Academy based in Coventry has a vacancy for Receptionist/Clerical Officer to join our school administration team. The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive reception service to the school and provide a welcoming reception service to our visitors, staff and students. 

Temporary contract to cover maternity leave until approximately July 2021

Hours: 37 hours a week – to be worked between 8am & 5pm, actual start and finish times to be discussed at interview.  Term time only plus 5 teacher training days

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience of working in a busy reception and office environment
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Be able to prioritise a busy workload and to work to and meet deadlines
• Have a professional and flexible attitude

Whilst being a Catholic is not a requirement, you must be willing to support the Catholic life and ethos in our academies.
