One of the exciting projects is the introduction of Parent Trainers. We have 2 fixed term vacancies (for 2 years) to deliver a rolling programme of different parenting programmes across the county.

They will be required to contribute to the learning of others, provide training, develop and lead an area of expertise such as mental health and provide supervision to colleagues.

We are introducing a number of new programmes to our suite of parenting support and you will receive full training. An innovative approach is the delivery of basic parenting knowledge and skills to schools and community groups also, ranging from 2 hours short courses to the full programmes requiring digital and face to face delivery.
