Administrator (12 month fixed term)
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious and progressive Local Authority. The role is a 12 month fixed-term post, full time but job-share will be considered. Primarily based within Environmental Health and Licensing but also assisting within Community Services. Duties include handling telephone and email enquiries and ensuring the relevant officers are notified of work coming into the service; completing and maintaining appropriate databases and filing systems; processing purchase orders and invoices; updating the website; assisting with issuing licences; and other general administrative duties including photocopying, scanning, recording minutes of meetings etc.
