Cranberries Nursery Teaching Assistant  Grade 1 Vacancy

30 hours per week, term time only, temporary to cover a maternity leave

Due to the impending arrival of a little one, Cranham Primary School has a vacancy for an experienced Nursery Teaching Assistant with effect from 4^th January 2020.

Cranham is a thriving and happy primary school where children’s behaviour is ‘exemplary’ and they make ‘strong progress’ (OFSTED June 2019). We have an embedded ethos of nurture across the school and the school enjoys very positive relationships with parents and the wider community.

Our Nursery, Cranberries, has recently had a ‘face-lift’ and is now a bright and airy environment where our youngest pupils can explore a vibrant and engaging space.

The successful applicant will work with an established, hard-working and dedicated team. We are looking for an experienced teaching assistant who has a clear understanding of early Years Education and can ‘hit the ground running’.

It is imperative that the successful applicant comes to school every day with a smile and makes each and everyone of the pupils valued.

Cranham Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and as such expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful applicant will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure via the Disclosure & Barring Service.
