An experienced/knowledgeable professional is needed to join our team of support staff.

A proven understanding of supporting the learning of children is essential.

Previous experience working in a school environment is desirable.

Varied experience of supporting 1:1 and group learning is desirable as the role could involve support for an individual child or a class based teaching assistant dependent on experience.

We are looking for an experienced Learning Support Assistant and or Classroom Teaching Assistant. The candidate will work under the direction of the Class Teacher. Support, guidance and training will be provided to ensure that the successful teaching assistant is given the opportunity to develop their skills.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a willingness to work with a range of pupils with a variety of needs. 

A calm, detailed and cheerful approach is essential.


Applicants should possess NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.

Ofsted November 2017 graded GOOD.
