Learning Support Teaching Assistant

Required for 4th January 2021

15 Hours per week - TTO

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, hard-working and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly team at Malvern Parish Primary School.

The successful candidate will support a KS2 child 1:1 and work with small groups of children.  They will provide behaviour support strategies, build positive relationships with children, adapt  work to meet individual needs and deliver targeted small group interventions designed to  develop literacy and numeracy skills

The successful candidate will support the ethos, aims and visions of a Diocesan Multi-Academy Trust. They will be an enthusiastic team player who is willing to follow school policies, contribute to whole school improvement and the wider life of our school.
