We’re looking for an Advanced Social Work Practitioner to join us!

Working as an Advanced Practitioner within the Safeguarding and Quality Assurance Service of WCF you will be actively supporting the professional development of NQSW's and assessing their progress throughout their ASYE year. This will be achieved through you promoting quality social work assessments, care planning and intervention for children and families through monitoring, joint working and reflective case discussions, providing advice and guidance on complex casework and promote a learning culture. The role works across the service and you would be expected to support a number of NQSW's at any one time.

If you are able to demonstrate that you have considerable experience (over 3 years) in a statutory children's social care setting and a broad range of skills and experience to help you to deliver and support high quality practice and want to work in a varied and valued role, please apply.

Salary up to: £44,890* Plus a one off welcome payment of £2,000**
