Operational Support Officer - Through Care
The Professional Support Service makes a positive difference every day. We are a team at the very heart of Children’s Services in Coventry, working with colleagues at all levels across Children’s Services to contribute to positive outcomes for some of the most vulnerable Children and Families across the City.

The following role is available:
Grade 3, 37 hours Through Care - Broadgate House - Maternity contract until 28/02/2021
In this role you will work as part of a team supporting one of our busy area teams and your duties will include supporting social workers and team managers and on a day to day basis with a variety of tasks. We are friendly and supportive teams and work on a variety of tasks in a fast paced environment which can be very rewarding, but also means you must be able to prioritise your own workload, multitask a number of conflicting deadlines and cover/support other colleagues.
Duties will include finance work, dealing with queries both over the telephone and in person, coordinating and minuting of complex meetings, producing statistical information and other tasks as appropriate.
