We are looking for a highly motivated team member with practical skills, enthusiasm and energy to join a happy, successful one form entry primary school.

We are seeking to appoint a BSS to be responsible for the management of the school site.

The successful candidate will be able to work on their own initiative, possess good time management and problem solving skills.,

Duties include; cleaning and janitorial, maintenance, general repairs, statutory checks, responsibility for health and safety and site security.

The successful candidate will:-

* be a proven team player

* have high standards and take pride in their work

* ensure the site is maintained to an excellent standard

* be able to prioritise and manage their workload effectively

* have proven DIY and repair skills

* undertake daily janitorial and cleaning duties

* be able to engage and manage external contractors

* have an understanding of health and safety regulations and work within them

* have a commitment to training and professional development

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
