Following a restructure and realignment of the Anti Social Behaviour and Housing Fraud services, the opportunity has become available for two Anti Social Behaviour Assistants to join the Anti Social Behaviour team.

Hours:  37 per week

Salary:  Grade 5

We are seeking two Anti Social Behaviour Assistants to play an integral role in the delivery of the Council’s response to Anti Social Behaviour.  The ASB Team is tasked with improving customer outcomes and satisfaction with the response we provide to investigating reports of ASB and statutory noise nuisance across all tenures in the Borough.

You will be a good team player and expected to adopt a flexible approach to work to provide support to ASB Officers in the delivery of a professional and proactive service.  You will act on the front line of the ASB service, including dealing with enquiries and providing the initial response to reports of ASB and therefore the ability to work under pressure and have excellent customer service skills is crucial for this role. You will also work closely with the Assistant Team Managers in the initial assessment and allocation of cases as well as assisting in providing administrative support to the ASB team.

For further information or an informal discussion please contact Adam Reeve or Leanne Robinson, Assistant Team Managers on 01384 818344 or via email adam.reeve@dudley.gov.uk / leanne.robinson@dudley.gov.uk.

NB:  We reserve the right to close vacancies prior to the advertised date if a large number of applications are received.

Online application forms will only be accepted for this vacancy, online facilities for jobs are available at public libraries within the Dudley Borough.
