Full-Time: 37 hours
Location: Redditch

Worcestershire Libraries are an innovative and progressive service delivering wide range of services.  We are looking for team leaders to support delivery of excellent customer service and successful running of service points at several locations across the county. Team leaders have a particular focus on the development and delivery of services to customers by supporting and leading the team of Library Customer Advisors to deliver an excellent standard of customer service, whilst contributing to wider library developments.

The successful candidate will need to be able to take responsibility for resolving issues that affect service delivery and will work in partnership to deliver activities and events. They will need to be able to build a good working relationship with staff, helping to motivate them to work together as a team, and to communicate effectively with the very diverse range of customers. Strong organisational skills, the ability to manage your own time and those of others are also required. A passion for excellent customer service is therefore essential. A knowledge of library services would be beneficial but is not essential.
