Beaconside Primary and Nursery School is recognised locally as a successful inclusive setting and the outcomes for all pupils are very good. We are seeking to enhance our team and employ an experienced practitioner to work in our Year 3 classroom.

The successful applicant will have relevant qualifications, experience of working with children with differing needs and will join a committed team to support pupils in all aspects of their learning and well-being.

Applications are invited from candidates who feel they have what it takes to join the team here at Beaconside.

This would be an ideal role for existing TAs, who work part time in another setting to develop their skillset working with pupils on the autism spectrum as we also have an autism base.

For further details and an information pack, please contact the school office. Visits to the school are actively encouraged and would be facilitated to adhere to social distancing measures. Tel:  0121 453 3801

Application forms, job description and person specification can also be obtained, in person, from the school office or preferably via an email request: office@beaconside.worcs.sch.uk . Applications will only be accepted using the application form provided. CVs will not be accepted.

Beaconside is committed to promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful applicant will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure via the Disclosure and Barring Service.

The school values diversity and has an equality policy to ensure that all applicants are treated fairly and that an appointment is only made on the grounds of suitability.

Closing date for applications: Friday 27th November 2020

 Interviews: Tuesday 1st December 2020
