At Cranstoun, we are always in search of talented and experienced individuals to join our team and have a number of vacancies across our Worcestershire service.

Cranstoun in Worcestershire provides a range of services for those affected by drugs and alcohol. Our skilled and compassionate people work closely with services users and their families to change and save lives. We combine proven expertise in treatment and recovery with innovative approaches and actively involve those we help in improving the design of the services we provide.

In these roles, you will be responsible for delivering all elements of substance misuse work including case management, needle exchange, outreach, group work, access and engagement support, as well as other associated duties. You need to be committed to the recovery agenda and encouraging clients to utilise their recovery capital within their community and have group-work experience.

One of the roles involves working within the Criminal Justice System, and for this role you will need experience and knowledge of the Criminal Justice System and processes. This will include court ordered treatments, Integrated Offender Management arrangements and other National Probation Service initiatives, such as rehabilitation activity requirements. You will also support the delivery of the Arrest Referral services including completion of Required Assessments

The services operate core hours of Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. They also offer additional service hours on some days between 8am – 9am and 5pm – 8pm. There will be a requirement to cover these hours on a rota basis.

All posts will be subject to an enhanced DBS Disclosure and police vetting is required for the criminal justice post.

We are an inclusive employer, committed to promoting equality and diversity in all areas of our work.
