Job Details

We are looking for a motivated and focused Support Officer to join the Health and Community Protection (HCP) Service area. This person will provide advice to members, other officers and partners and be the first point of contact for enquiries or complaints from members of the public in relation to nuisance, pest and dog control issues and other HCP matters as required.

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate that they have excellent communication and customer service skills with a proven ability to deal sensitively with people who are often upset or annoyed.

You will need to be organised with the ability to prioritise workloads and have good computer skills, including proficiency in use of Word, spreadsheets and databases.
